Mouthface 2

The overall tonality of this piece is both dark and painful. The rending on the chest cavity looks agonizing and amazingly seemless. I would be scared sh*!less to see this sort of twisted creature in motion.
My eye is caught by the chest in between the hands and moves instantly downward to...a blurry bloody slash. Maybe the body posture or image composition could have been done differently to bring a better focus to the head/neck/chest area, where I believe the most work was done. Left hand kinda morphs into the chest and the spears thru the body don't look like a painful pierce so much as a growth. but that's kind of nit-picky
Over-all very awesome image. Creepy as hell. I dig it.
